Hi,
I'm Christa Zummo

A Therapist, a busy mom, and honestly just a regular person. Someone who gets how exhausting it can feel to be stuck in your own mind.

This isn’t just what I do
or how I work —
it’s how I live.

You don’t come to therapy because everything is fine.
You come because something feels heavy, repetitive, or hard to break out of.

I’ve spent years helping people who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, overthinking, and uncertainty. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned—

it’s that insight alone isn’t enough.

You don’t just need to understand your thoughts.
You need to learn how to respond to them differently.

That’s where our work begins.

Ctrl Alt Del approach

My work is rooted in evidence-based practices like CBT and ERP—but what matters most is how we use  them.

Therapy with me is active, structured, and focused on real-life change. We don’t just talk about your patterns—we work through them in a way that helps you build tolerance, confidence, and flexibility.

Because the goal isn’t to eliminate discomfort.
It’s to help you move forward—even when it’s there.

Why the Ctrl. Alt. Del. approach works

Over time, I found that most people weren’t stuck because they didn’t understand their thoughts—they were stuck because they didn’t know how to respond to them differently.

That’s what led me to develop the Ctrl. Alt. Del. approach.

It’s a simple but powerful way to help you step out of automatic patterns, shift your perspective, and let go of what’s no longer serving you.

We integrate this into our work using CBT and ERP—so you’re not just learning concepts, you’re actively practicing change in real time.

Because change isn’t just something you understand, it’s something you experience.
